1. Eligibility for Refunds:

a) 100% Refund Guarantee: You are eligible for a full refund if you decide the course does not meet your expectations.

b) Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the course purchase date.

c) Special Promotions and Discounts: Refunds on courses purchased during promotional periods may be adjusted accordingly considering the actual payment made by you.

2. Refund Process:

  • Submit a Refund Request: To initiate a refund, contact our support team within the 7-day refund period. Email our support team at support@indianfarmer.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”. Be sure to include the reason for your request in the mail.
  • Processing Time: Once your request is received, we will process your refund within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Request After 7 Days: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible.
  • Duplicate Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for the same course more than once per user.
